villa
Our VILLA has been in the making for the past year; together with our architects and designers we have conceived an exciting concept that aims to present a form of living that did not exist as such in our vast array of unit types in our student accommodation compound – the City Life "VILLA!”
Inspired by the building itself – a Viennese villa - the concept was born out of the notion to play off of what already existed and merge it with new elements, to create a space that allows you to make a home with 5 fellow friends - or soon to be friends!
The program of the VILLA is imagined so that the common living room is featured on the very top floor. The entire attic was shelled out to create an open-plan space that would host a communal kitchen, a large dining table that can also function as a study space and a living room with a TV and a cosy reading nook.
Each of the 6 spacious studios, which are located on the 1st and 2nd floor, permits for additional study space, plenty of room to maximize the comfort of your privacy and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, you will be able to enjoy a garden of your own to relax and enjoy outdoor activities and a basement that will allow for you to do your laundry in the privacy of your home and offer (plenty!) of storage space for all the things you schlepp from wherever you might be traveling from.
In addition all VILLA residents have full access to all common rooms of the the City Life complex across the street, which includes a gym, library, drawing room, the little bakery and a conservatory.
We can’t wait to welcome you into your new home!
