APPLICATION PROCESS – WHAT TO DO?

 

STEP 1: 

Fill out the application form and select your preferred accomodation type.

 

STEP 2:

Send us all of your completed application forms, as well as the following documents by email:

 

 

 

 

STEP 3:

As soon as we've reviewed your application and all your documents we will contact you in order to notify you from which building and floor you can choose your specific apartment.

 

STEP 4:

Once you've decided to commit to a specific accommodation type, we will send you the lease agreement, as well as a payment request for the deposit, processing fee and first month's rent. 

 

STEP 5:

As soon as you have wired over the deposit, processing fee and first month's rent, we will you send you back the countersigned lease agreement, and you will be all set to move into your new apartment.

  • Photocopy of your Passport or National ID

  • Photocopy of your university acceptance letter or certificate of matriculation

  • Income statement (completed and signed form)
